We may collect contact details, company details, role and hiring workflow information, candidate application data, interview scheduling data, and service usage logs.

Google Sign-In Data

When an authorized admin signs in with Google, DonkiHR receives basic account information such as name, email address, and profile image to authenticate access and protect the admin area. We do not sell Google user data.

How We Use Data

We use data to provide the product, respond to demo requests, operate security controls, administer accounts, and support hiring workflow features requested by customers.

Sharing and Retention

We do not sell personal data. Information is shared only with authorized team members and service providers needed to deliver the service, and retained only as long as necessary for operational, contractual, or legal requirements.
