These Terms govern access to and use of DonkiHR by customers, administrators, hiring team members, and website visitors.

Use of Service

You may use DonkiHR only for lawful recruiting, hiring, and related operational purposes. You must not misuse access, interfere with service availability, or attempt unauthorized access to data or systems.

Accounts

Administrators are responsible for protecting account credentials and for ensuring only authorized users access the service.

Customer Data

Customers remain responsible for the legality, accuracy, and rights associated with the job, candidate, and employee data they submit through the service.

Availability and Liability

DonkiHR is provided on an as-is basis. We aim for reliable operation, but maintenance, third-party outages, or other interruptions may occur.
